Service Policy & Terms of Agreement

At Justine Hair, we strive to provide an "elevated" experience for every client. To ensure our salon runs smoothly and we can dedicate the necessary time to every crown, we have established the following policies.

1. Booking & Deposits

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking. This deposit is used to hold your specific time slot and is fully deducted from the total price of your service on the day of your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

2. Payment Terms

The remaining balance for your service is due in full on the day of your appointment. We accept Cash and credit card. Please note that prices may vary based on hair length, density, and specific customizations requested during the service.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, we require at least 24 hours' notice. If you reschedule within the required timeframe, your $50 deposit may be transferred to your new appointment date (this is a one-time transfer only).

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or "No-Shows" will result in the forfeiture of the $50 deposit.

4. Late Policy

To respect the appointments of all our clients, we allow a 15-minute grace period. Clients arriving later than the grace period may be subject to a late fee or may need to be rescheduled, in which case the deposit will be forfeited.

5. Hair Preparation & Salon Conduct

Unless you have booked a specific wash and prep add-on, please arrive with your hair clean and ready to braid. We provide premium extensions for our signature styles; however, if you are bringing your own hair, it must meet our quality standards to ensure a "Justine Hair" finish.

6. Product Sales

All sales of Justine Hair Organic Products are final due to the nature of our handcrafted, organic ingredients. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 2-days of receipt.
